Monolithos is a sandy beach in rocky Santorini island with crystal clear waters and black sand. Sunsets are famous in Santorini, but nobody talks about the magic of the sunrises. A sunrise in Monolithos was the inspiration behind this smell, which main notes are Aegean lily of the sand, sage and rose pepper.
